CMS@IHM aims to connect the homebound to the Church through 3 core activities:
1. Care Management
– Assessing needs and coordinating services
– Organising talks/workshops
2. Catechism
– Evangelizing to those who can’t attend the RCIA
3. Befriending
– Conducting home visits
– Engaging in meaningful activities
– Providing a listening ear
– Sharing a meal
– Bringing the homebound back to attend physical mass or church activities
