2. Media Kit
Banner size: 3ft x 6ft (standard size for event banners)
Lanyard tags: Use a simple design with the event name and date. Provide a template for volunteers to customize.
Stall banners: Provide a template for stall owners to create their own banners, with a consistent size and branding.
Floor plans: Create detailed floor plans showing the layout of stalls, food courts, and activity areas. Share these with vendors and volunteers.
3. Vendors
