SSVP IHM Ministry Introduction
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SSVP) forms a worldwide international charity network headquartered in Paris, with most Singapore parishes hosting a local Conference. The IHM Conference began in 1971, focusing service within Immaculate Heart of Mary parish boundaries.

Serving Friends in Need
The conference aids around 30 needy families, termed Friends in Need (FINs), irrespective of race or religion. Members conduct home visits to journey alongside them, instilling hope while linking FINs to government and social services first, supplemented by cash aid and rations as needed.

Community Outreach
SSVP IHM members engage in broader programs, partnering with the parish community to support underprivileged individuals and migrant workers, embodying Vincentian compassion through events like ration distributions and special visits.
