Extraordinary Ministry Of Holy Communion
The EMHC was set up in accordance to Redemptionis Sacramentum #158 when the new IHM Church was built in 2001 to cope with increased Mass attendance.
The role of the EMHC is to assist the Celebrant to distribute Holy Communion during the Eucharistic celebrations.
Membership is by invitation of the Parish Priest . Currently we have 42 members helping to serve at the weekday and weekend Masses.
